Bus Registration

Empire Ballarat will be running a bus to and from conference to help get our youth IN THE ROOM đŸ€©

Please note that this is NOT a conference registration rather the bus rego only.

There will a bus fee of no more than $10 per person.
This payment will be taken at the bus pick up on the day of conference.


The Bus Schedule:

Friday 10 July

  • 7:30am - Bus call time - Hungry Jacks Ballarat East
  • Breakfast stop on way there - Rockbank Maccas
  • 8:00pm approx - arrive home (comms will be sent out to confirm on the day)

Arrival time on the way home are subject to change but will be communicated via the Empire Youth Ballarat Comms WhatsApp channel.
